How we work
Initial Contact -
After your initial enquiry, we either email or chat on the phone to discuss the project further. We’ll be asking about the location, timescale and your budget. This is to find out whether we are the right company for you. Our projects are handmade and fully bespoke. and take time and planning. We usually run between 4-6 month lead time on bigger projects, and 2-4 month lead time on smaller projects (Although some projects get moved so always worth asking).
Our Pricing -
For small projects, we do a full CAD design with a quote, cabinet making, painting, delivery and installation. For bigger projects (eg. Kitchens, but small Kitchens) we charge a design fee depending on size etc. Designing a Kitchen is very time consuming, so this is to ensure you get the perfect kitchen designed to your full specification. More about our project pricing here.
Meeting with us -
We would come and do a site visit and meet with you to discuss your requirements further, and measure the space to be able to provide you with a quotation and a design.
Initial Designs -
We will then email you with a full quotation and an initial design.
Our quote includes - Designing, Making, Painting, Delivery and Fitting.
Commissioning us -
If you are happy with the design proposal (revisions made after the deposit is taken) and quote (additions or deductions may be made), we then ask for a 10% deposit to secure a date in our diary for your project. Then we will produce full 3D scale drawings with any revisions needed for you to sign off prior to making.
Paint colours and Ironmongery -
We have all our paint colour matched by a bespoke tinting company. We use a very hardwearing paint suitable for all indoor furniture. We colour match almost all paint colours. E.g. Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, Edward Bulmer etc.
We use very high quality hardware for all our projects. We also have many options for handles, and these would be an addition to the quotation.
